LAP Strategies and Consulting, LLC was founded to help healthcare organizations strengthen their operations, rebuild their systems, and achieve sustainable growth. After years of leading high-performing Healthcare and homecare agencies and transforming struggling departments, Lillian Paley recognized a gap in the industry, many agencies had the passion to grow but lacked the operational structure to support it.
